Unlike Kin

And can it not be so

That flesh and stone

And the unknowns I know

Are the same long foretold

Like our life which unfolds

As in the palm of our hands

We hold merely a glance

Of a still rock or our soul

Both made absolutely whole

Bits and pieces of a star

Completely perfect as they are

So our search could end

No more guilts to mend

Created from all that is

Nothing was ever missed

So just be silent and grand

Like the stone in your hand.
